2010 PROGRAMS

Explore Camp
July 4 - 9 (ages 8-13)
This new camp for 2010 will provide participants with the opportunity to experience all the fun of a typical camp program with a “choose your own adventure” twist. Campers will get to explore a specific interest track during the week like Magic, Art, Drama and more!

Jr. Adventure Camp
July 11-16 (ages 7-12)
Join us for five nights of traditional camp fun mixed with some special outdoor recreation programs. A special midweek day-trip to Pinery Provincial Park for canoeing and other adventures will be a highlight for everyone involved. Bring your hiking shoes and be prepared for some outdoor exploring fun!

Rec Sports Camp
July 18 - 23 (ages 7-14)
Join us for five nights of traditional camp fun mixed with some special recreational sports programs. Campers will have the chance to participate in floor hockey, golf, volleyball, basketball and other fun sports in addition to our regular camp activities.

Junior Girls Camp
July 25 - 30 (ages 7-12)
Come and enjoy this unique and uplifting week of camp without the boys. We’ve designed an exciting week of activities specifically for young girls. You won’t want to miss it!

Little People’s Camp
August 4 - 6 (ages 5-9)
Little People’s camp is one of our most popular camps and serves as a great two-night introduction to overnight camp for younger children. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to introduce your child to the magic and wonder of summer camp.

Sr. Adventure Camp
August 15 - 20 (ages 11-14)
Five nights of traditional camp fun mixed with some special outdoor recreation programs specifically designed for older campers. The program starts on Sunday at Lambton Centre and then transitions to Pinery Provincial Park for three days of hiking, biking, canoeing, outdoor cooking and tenting fun. Sr. Adventure Camp will be the highlight of your summer!

Leadership Training Program
Two week program (ages 15-16)
June 27 - July 2 • July 4 - 9

The leadership training program is for young camp leaders ages 15 and 16. The training experience includes four-day wilderness canoe trip. Campers will build self-esteem by learning skills such as portaging, steering a canoe and cooking over a fire. In addition to the canoe trip, the leadership training team will spend time at Lambton Centre learning leadership skills in the camp setting. Workshops and activities focus on small-group facilitation skills, team building, communication and team work. By the end of the session, participants will know more about themselves and have a new-found confidence and a sense of pride and accomplishment.
