The responsibilities of the Pastoral Charge Oversight Committee include:
a) Triennial Visits [Manual 332a,c,d, 362]
Visit each Pastoral Charge of the Presbytery at least once every
three years, meeting separately with the paid accountable staff as
well as the Official Board or corresponding body of the Pastoral Charge
b) Manse Inspections [Manual 386]
Inspect manse, listing areas requiring improvement, during the regular pastoral visits and at a change in pastoral relations
c) Archives [Manual 380, 334d, 090-094]
Encourage the keeping of full and accurate records by the Presbytery
and Pastoral Charges
d) Transitions [Manual 330, 331, 334]
Approve organizational restructuring within Pastoral Charges
e) Support
Organize Elders and Stewards workshops
